A simple 5-step transparent pathway from application to final classroom enrollment.
Online Application Submission
Guardians fill out the comprehensive online admission form on our portal. Upload candidate photo, digital birth certificate, and previous school academic marksheet. Upon submission, the system generates a unique Application Tracking Code (e.g. ADM-2026-XXXX).

The Academy Admissions Committee thoroughly scrutinizes all submitted forms and verifying documents. Shortlisted applicants are notified via automated SMS, WhatsApp, and Online Tracking Portal with the assigned interview date and venue.
Written Assessment & Guardian Oral Interview
Applicants appear for an age-appropriate written diagnostic evaluation in core subjects (English, Mathematics, Science/General Knowledge). Following the test, parents meet with the Head of Institution or Academic Dean for an interactive discussion.
Merit List Announcement & Offer of Admission
Selected candidate lists are published on the website notice board and updated on the candidate tracking portal. Successful applicants receive an official admission offer letter.
Fee Clearance, Kit Collection & Orientation
Parents complete the admission fee clearance through online payment or academy accounts office. Collect academic uniform tokens, ID card requisition, textbook lists, and attend the grand campus orientation before class commencement.
